  2. Wax On Wednesdays

Every Wednesday · from 7 pm

One classic album. On vinyl. Start to finish.

Vinyl album listens, the way records were meant to be heard: side A, flip, side B, through a sound system built for exactly this. When you play vinyl there's intention in every song. Nowhere to hide, nothing on shuffle.

Classic albums, classic cocktails. Recently on the turntable: Disclosure, Settle. And yes, there's a cocktail on the menu called Wax On. Sponsored by Hennessy.

  3. The house playlist

Every day · Open till close

No line-up. Just the good stuff.

We spend a ridiculous amount of time on our playlists, so the night you remember is the night the music was that good. Disco, funk, boogie, house, vintage soul, psychedelic, surf rock: whatever feels good.

It's what plays every day when there's no vinyl on and no DJ behind the decks. We'd happily share our playlists with you. Just ask a team member.

  4. The weekend

Friday & Saturday · DJs from 7 pm till late

At the weekend the music takes the lead, and the drinks play the drums.

Our resident DJs take over the decks every Friday and Saturday night. People who came for the music leave talking about the drinks. People who came for the drinks leave with a list of songs to look up. Book ahead: weekends fill up.

The music

Custom Wave Research sound system

What's that song? You'll be asking all night.

One genre.
Good music.

A Wave Research speaker mounted above shelves of records, brass animals, plants and vases under a woven pendant lamp

Music has two jobs here. During the week it's the bass guitar: it keeps the rhythm and gives the drinks something to dance to. At the weekend it's the lead guitarist. It takes the solo, it gets the groupies, and people come for it.

All of it plays through four Wave Research WR 322 full-range speakers, set up quadraphonic and custom built for the room. Too many great London bars have poor sound. They look great, they taste great, and then the sound lets them down. Not here.

The people behind the weekend

The residents

We know drinks. They know records.

We run a bar, so we know drinks better than anyone. With music, we're the customer. The DJs behind our weekends obsess over their records the way we obsess over a Margarita. They go deep. Real deep. Music geek meets drink geek, and everybody geeks out.

Polygon Live

Season Two, October to December 2026.

Our Soho sister bar, NL W1, lives inside the Polygon Portal at 75 Dean Street: London's first 360° spatial audio listening room. Speakers in every direction, so the music doesn't come at you from a stage. It moves around the room.
